Sankei International Warranty

When it comes to buying a full set bogu everyone knows it is not cheap, at Sankei International, we know the importance to be trusted by our customers who purchase their bogu from us. For every bogu that is purchased from Sankei International your bogu is covered by an International warranty set by our standard. The warranty is detailed below and strict conditions will apply.

Bogu warranty guidelines (Tezashi and Machine Stitched)

• 1st year cover (All Tezashi and Machinese Stitched)
  • MEN: Free replacement of any broken MEN himo (once within the 1st year).
  • DO: Free replacement of any broken DO himo (once within the 1st year).
  • KOTE: Free repair of the palm of the KOTE resulting from training, and the damage that will be covered are holes developed on the palm piece, ripping of the palm leather of the KOTE by tearing through excess sweat (once within the 1st year). Only for the 6mm Basic Bogu (Club use) KOTE a 50% repair cost will apply.
• 2nd year cover (All Tezashi and Machinese Stitched)
  • MEN: Free replacement of any broken MEN himo (once within the 2nd year).
  • DO: Free replacement of any broken DO himo (once within the 2nd year).
  • KOTE: 20% repair cost of the palm of the KOTE resulting from training, and the damage that will be covered are holes developed on the palm piece, ripping of the palm leather of the KOTE by tearing through excess sweat (once within the 2nd year). Only for the 6mm Basic Bogu (Club use) KOTE a 50% repair cost will apply.
• 3rd year cover (All Tezashi and Machinese Stitched)
  • MEN: Free replacement of any broken MEN himo (once within the 3rd year).
  • DO: Free replacement of any broken DO himo (once within the 3rd year).
  • KOTE: 40% repair cost of the palm of the KOTE resulting from training, and the damage that will be covered are holes developed on the palm piece, ripping of the palm leather of the KOTE by tearing through excess sweat (once within the 3rd year). Only for the 6mm Basic Bogu (Club use) KOTE a 50% repair cost will apply.
• 4th year cover (All Tezashi and Machinese Stitched [3mm and 4mm only])
  • KOTE: 60% repair cost of the palm of the KOTE resulting from training, and the damage that will be covered are holes developed on the palm piece, ripping of the palm leather of the KOTE by tearing through excess sweat (once within the 4th year).
• 5th year cover (All Tezashi and Machinese Stitched [3mm and 4mm only])
  • KOTE: 80% repair cost of the palm of the KOTE resulting from training, and the damage that will be covered are holes developed on the palm piece, ripping of the palm leather of the KOTE by tearing through excess sweat (once within the 5th year).
